Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

We use The Courier Guy and/or Fast Way Couriers for all deliveries.

For online returns, we arrange courier collection once your return request is approved

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Return shipping due to change of mind or sizing is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or incorrect items are shipped back at our cost.

Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days within South Africa.

Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.

We are not responsible for courier delays.

Lost packages can be assisted with a courier claim.

Returns cannot be sent to PO boxes — collection must be arranged with the courier.
