Refund policy

If you purchased an item through our online store, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

All tags must still be attached

Item must not show any signs of wear, including deodorant marks, perfume, stains, washing, pet hair, or damage

Item must be returned in its original packaging where possible

Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.

Your order number

The item you wish to return

The reason for the return

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange courier collection for the item.

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected. Allow a few business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Defective products may be returned within 6 months for a repair, replacement, or refund, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Items not meeting our return conditions may result in refund denial and return of the item to the customer.

If a chargeback is initiated for an order that does not comply with this returns policy, we reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, order confirmation, and policy acceptance to the payment provider to dispute the claim.
